Hi! I know you want to know what your house is worth. There are many options on the internet for putting a dollar value to real estate. I even had one of the best tools installed on this site. However, I found that given the current market with it's rapid and consistent monthly decline in value, NONE of them were even close to accurate. A three month old report was too long ago and way off. Zillow was one of the worst since even in a stable market it was generally off by 20% or more - it is la-la land now.
